THREE HABIT TYPES:

• Standard habits: can be triggered at a particular day of the week or month
-e.g. take the dog for a walk at a given time

• Recurring habits: can be triggered at set time intervals
-e.g. take a break from sitting down every 30 minutes

• Location based habits: can be triggered when entering/leaving a specified location
